Monster Eye Meatballs

Ingredients

3 c all-purpose baking mix (like Bisquick)
1 lb ground hot pork sausage
1 (8 oz) block Muenster cheese, shredded (Ha! Muenster. Get it?)
1 (7 oz) jar pimento-stuffed Spanish olives

Instructions

Combine first three ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix until blended (I don’t use a mixer, just a wooden spoon).
Shape mixture into 1 1/4 inch balls.
