All of that doesn’t matter. Flight of the Conchords is on! What’s funny is that my mom, both kids, and I were at lunch on Wednesday and my mom and I were saying all the French words we knew. And then Emily sent me this.

New to your blog and loving it. I’m Canadian, so I’m very fluent in cereal box French, things like flocons de mais (cornflakes) and croustilles de riz (Rice Krispies). Between that and this video, I’m sure I could enjoy an excellent breakfast in Paris! But at lunch I’d be in trouble.

The Girl discovered Agatha Christie and Monsieur Poirot. She keeps asking me what the french words are that are sprinkled around the chapters. Fortunately she hasn’t thrown any at me that I haven’t been able to discern. Whew!
