Sunday YouTube: Counting Cash

in Sunday YouTube

In honor of all the Las Vegas posts I’ll be doing this week, I thought you’d enjoy this one. And, in the spirit of transparency, this ditty is actually from metacafe.com, not YouTube.

Who knew different parts of the world use different methods for counting out cash money? I need to travel more.

This was all fascinating, but I especially loved the Pakistan/Turkmenistan nothing-up-my-sleeve, full-disclosure, slap ‘em down on the table counting method. Bill, bill, bill (See? Not hiding anything.) Bill, bill, bill. Evidently, they don’t do a lot of business outside, or they don’t have windy days.

Fun to watch – would be more fun if I had that money to count :)
I never even would have though there were so many ways of counting it out.

How cool! I’m fascinated with different cultures, and I had no idea that the way you count money is influence by your culture.
Thanks for sharing!
