Matt Damon’s sense of humor kills me. I mean, it kills me. I love that he can make fun of himself and doesn’t take himself seriously. This is particular video has some questionable content that some of you may find offensive. I, being me, do not find it offensive, I find it hilarious. So consider yourself warned.
Hat tip to Mysti who sent this to me.

I always look forward to my daily dose of Sunday YouTube. This one did not disappoint!
Do you know the whole history behind the Jimmy Kimmel/Matt Damon thing? It seems Kimmel used to sign off the show quite often by saying, “Well, we’re out of time. Sorry, Matt Damon, we didn’t get to you – maybe tomorow?” or something like that. Then, he finally had Damon on as the last guest of the evening, and after an exceedingly long introduction and Matt Damon taking his seat, he said, “Unfortunately, we’re now out of time.” To which Matt (all staged, of course) went off on an expletive-laden rant that played during the credits. (You can see this on YouTube, too.) That’s why the joke at the end of the clip with Sarah Silverman is so funny – when Matt says, “We’re out of time.”
Of course, if you already knew all this, I’ve just wasted a bunch of time typing this monster comment. Oh, well.
I almost put this on my site today, since I too found it incredibly funny!!
I also have a fondness for Matt Damon. He’s such a fun guy to watch.
Check out mine today…I put up a a hilarious ad for a political candidate…it was too good to pass up!
What I love about him is that he just doesn’t take himself seriously.
Cheers for the giggle
I saw this clip the other day. It is hilarious. If you haven’t seen it, search YouTube for Matt Damon doing his Matthew McConaughey impression on the David Letterman show. It’s amazing.
like i needed *another* reason to love matt damon…
I love the clips you find on youtube! This is again hilarious! thanks for posting it! Thanks to Carrie K for putting the back story up too.
Never before has a YouTube clip made me laugh like this one did. (Ok – maybe the Talking Photo Booth ones) I figured you’d enjoy it.
Or find someway to take Sarah Silverman out.
Can’t stand Sarah Silverman, but this video is just about the funniest thing I’ve ever seen!
Thanks for posting, so I could laugh AGAIN!
Okay, then it is not just me, but he seems (is this possible) HOTTER in real life than in his movies. That’s some funny stuff. Thanks for sharing. (I’ve had to stop searching YouTube because I lose hours of my life– so I’m really glad you gals send me the sweet stuff)
