I just bought this set of dishes this weekend. I was a bit worried when I saw the “Made in China” sticker on the back when I got home. Everything is made in China I buy,it seems. I was so happy to see your post saying you found no lead! Thank goodness! I am relieved. I do love the dishes. They are gorgeous! Catherine

I love all things red, white, and toilish … the colors and patterns of my own dining room.
And sadly, sometimes, we just have to do what we have to do … and no one had better whine about it, either … because in the grand scheme of things … WHAT’S A LITTLE LEAD when it’s only once a year? Seriously!

Just beautiful! It reminds me of the china I collect called transferware, the most famous of which is called Blue Willow. The process dates back to 1756. Gorgeous stuff.

I love these. “‘Twas the Night Before Christmas” has special meaning for my mother. Every year my grandpa read this to her as part of their family tradition.
Really sweet, and in my favorite color, too!
