After our little bloggity lunch today, several of us decided to go shopping over at Grapevine. I bought a cheap necklace and earrings, some tights for Wild Thing, and a bottle of water. Oh yes. I was a big spender today. However, the highlight was when Jeana, HolyMama, Shalee, Shannon, and I decided to try on formals. Well, actually, SHANNON decided we all needed to try on formals. When it came down to it, though, Jeana took the picture and HolyMama soothed her baby (sweet boy that he is). The rest of us donned a formal and proceeded to look fabulous as only women who have given birth and have little figure left (speaking only for myself here) can.
As Shalee was zipping me, she happened to mention my, er, cleavage. Now normally I’m not that modest. My cleavage has been mentioned a time or two and I can laugh it off if not show it off. This time, however, was different. It seems my womanly figure has decided that frontal cleavage is not enough. No. I must now have back cleavage. In my last-ditch effort to either make you laugh out loud or completely gross you out, I share with you my most embarrassing picture to date.
Yeah. South Beach and Weight Watchers are getting a new groupie on Monday.

You’re quite lovely. All of you.
And I’m pretty sure that dress wouldn’t have zipped up on me at all.
You might consider waxing your eyebrows while you’re down there in Bloggityville, though.
Just saying…
Vogue next??? “You look marvelous” (said in Billy Crystal accent)
I guess we never outgrow dress-up!
Good HEAVENS I’m glad I didn’t come to Texas!
You guys look GREAT!!
Sounds like you guys had a great time, although Shannon looks like Prom Barbie!
Is that the blogger formally known as Chilihead?
Oh, how I wish I had been there for that! It was great to get to know you on Saturday night, but I would’ve loved to have some more time (and fun!)earlier in the day! It was a memorable evening, I am still blown away by the awesome girls who were there at Tina’s. Great Fork story.
Bee-utiful!! All of yus!!
It was a joy and pleasure to meet you as well.
So have you figured out a cup size?..tee..hee
Yeah, that I should even speak!
I blush at your sweet comment on my post…
LOLOL!! I chose the bookstore and missed THIS?!

Meeting you was such a highlight~~~I’ll be back tomorrow with my photo tribute to Elphaba!
Prom Barbie? *blush*
Too much fun…
That’s not back cleavage! You look fabulous. And like you had a fantastic time. I am so jealous.
I love the dress because it makes me look like I have breasts. If I could have afforded it, I would have bought it and worn it from now until I die. I like anything that makes me even look like I have a chest. Okay, it was just a ton of fun!
fabulous, all of you
I can’t believe I went to a volleyball tournament instead of this. Next time my daughter will just have to understand! It was so great to meet you. What an awesome group, even without the formalwear (By the way, I laughed out loud!).
There’s nothing wrong with YOU; the dress is simply too small. I’m on a diet right now, and let me recommend against them. All the joy in my life – sucked out.
I can’t believe you guys let me leave before you did this!!!! I’m so bummed I missed out.
It was SO great to meet y’all!
it looked even better in person, y’all. gorgeous trio of women, in that there pic.
Fabulous! So much fun! Reminds me of when KEP and I were in high school and we’d try on formals for fun. I even got them to unchain the purple mermaid dress and tried it on.
As for the fit of that dress–a)the dress is obviously made for a mutant, and b) it looks pretty good to me. If it makes you feel any better, I was spilling out of my wedding dress and the only reason it even fit on my body at all was the corset back.
You girls were having entirely way too much fun!!
and I’m so glad you did!!
OH STOP!!! You are so slim … I don’t think I saw an OUNCE of fat on you … AN OUNCE, I tell you!
That was TOTALLY a fluke.
I think you just got a dress that had a defect.
Yeah. That’s it.
You guys so totally crack me up. I have not tried on formals with friends since high school.
